Below is the Essential Duties & Responsibilities we perform:
· Design, install, configure and administer multiple Oracle/SQL Server databases
· Perform backup, recovery, archiving, performance tuning and optimization of databases
· Create and execute high-performance data load procedures
· Design and implement relational data aggregations to support reporting and analysis requirements
· Administer user privileges according to corporate security guidelines
· Provide on-call support for mission-critical database environments
· Work with the IT organization to coordinate necessary hardware and infrastructure task (e.g., storage, servers, etc.) to support the database environments
· Participate in hardware selection and configuration to ensure optimal database performance and reliability
· Participate in code review to assist development staff in optimizing SQL statements
· Fulfill ad hoc reporting requests from business users and ClickSquared clients
· Accurately and consistently documents all deliverables per the methodology determined by the project manager
· Reports all time spent on tasks and projects
· Performs other related duties as required
